Today I have some time to update the site, although there are not so many news.
I’ve simply updated my Tak site with some new images, check them out!

That’s all for today, but I’ll update again soon (luckily with some more interesting news).
Now I’m going to the seaside with my boyfriend, just for a walk… and tonight we’ll eat mexican food, awesome! ^_^

This is the first update of the new year, so it might be considered pretty special.
In these days I’ve been super busy restyling my fanlistings and today I’ve finally completed them all, wheeeee!
You’ll find the 14 links here.
I’ve changed the codes too and you’ll find more sizes.
I’ve also validated my entire domain for XHTML, so now it’s even more accessible and viewable with all browsers.
I really hope you’ll like the new layouts, it’s been a tiring job and I’ve put a lot of effort into them.
I’ve also updated my Tak fansite with new images and goodies, check it out!

Recently I’ve been restyling and updating my complete domain because tomorrow I’ll begin to study as hard as I can, and since I’ll have my exams at the end of January I probably won’t be able to update until the beginning / half of February.
Please be patient, this last year of University is a real nightmare for me! -_-
Anyway I’ll check the email almost every day, so that I’ll be ready to approve you to the Fanlistings in case you’d like to join.
Sometimes I’ll also reply to your posts in the Guestbook, so don’t worry.

Right, I’m going to rest beause lately I’ve spent too many hours at the pc.

I’ve remade the source and css too, revalidated everything, removed some broken links from my affiliates and from the Web-rings, etc.
I’ve also deleted A Tokyo Jouney, my site dedicated to my first travel in Japan on Summer 2005.
I’m a bit sad because it’s been one of my first sites, but I think I’ve made the right choice for many reasons.
First of all because it was still based on an old Gallery script with many bugs and problems of security.
Second, it was barely visited because I had wrote everything in italian language and I didn’t have time to translate all those contents in english.
Third because anyway italian people didn’t give a damn about all the things I wrote, they simply checked out the Gallery page.
And since I travelled in Japan 2 other times and visited many interesting places more than the first time, I shot the best photos on the most recent travels… which means that people can simply check out my new Japan galleries on Photobucket, and I don’t have to use my own webspace for all those pictures.
Fourth because I’ve been studying Japan, japanese language and culture for 3 years so far, and now I can really tell that everything I wrote about Tokyo and japanese people on that site was VERY naive and childish.
All those things have been written with the enthusiasm of my first journey in Japan, when I was persuaded I had already understood everything of it, while in reality I had understood barely nothing. ^_^”
Japan and japanese people are of course much more complicated than what I though and described at first.
That’s why I prefered to remove that site and leave only my new Galleries.

So now I can say the full restyling of my domain is complete, hooray!!!
From today I’ll stop spending all these hours photoshopping and I’ll start studying for my exams.
I can’t say this makes me happy cause I know I’ll be freaking busy, but I have to do it anyway… wish me good luck as usual.

This is my Christmas present for all Tak fans… now I can finally go to bed and sleep for an entire day.
When I’ll have more free time I’ll do a complete graphic restyling of this domain and all my other sites too.

Also, I’ve created the new Gallery for Tak fansite, check it out!
It’s powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery system, and I have to say it’s really great… so powerful and works like a charm!
It provides lots of interactive functions like automatic setting language (and the possibility to change it anytime), registrations, categories, albums, slideshows, rating, comments, etc.
I’m totally satisfied with it.
I hope you’ll appreciate the new domain scripts as it took me a lot of time and work, let me know your opinions.
Soon I’ll also do a complete graphic restyling because I’d like a clearer, more readable and more professional layout.
I think I’ll probably renew it during Christmas holidays, hold on ultil then!

By the way, the photos of my last journey in Japan are finally online!
You’ll find all of them in my Photobucket album.
I’ve divided them in 3 sub-albums (1-Tokyo, 2-Niigata, 3-Kyoto), the links are in the left top menu.
I’ve also updated my MySpace profile with new infos, new pictures and a nice Christmas layout.
